HIE Higher Institute of English
The President of the Republic visited the Higher Institute of English on 2 December 2016. He was accompanied during the visit by the Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, the Minister of Interior and Decentralization, the acting Minister of National Defense, the Director of the Office of the President of the Republic and the Chiefs of Staff of the Armed Forces and Security and several senior officers.
The President of the Republic and his accompanying delegation inspected the institution and attended a presentation provided by Captain Mohamed Mahmoud Ould El Hadramy, the Commandant of the Institute. He spoke about the objectives, services and types of training offered by the Institute as well as its capacity.
The President provided inspirational objectives for Mauritanian citizens to strive for excellence at the Institute.
