HIE Higher Institute of English
We welcome to the Institute Col. Abderahmane Sidi Ebdemel who has recently taken over command of HIE from Col. Mohamed Lemine Zamel. A ceremony was held at the Institute to mark the handing over on Wednesday 3rd November at which the guest of honour was Brigadier General Moctar Bala, second-in-command at the Etat Major. After the speeches, there were cakes and refreshments. We thank Col. Zamel for his service as we wish the best of luck to Col. Ebdemel in his new assignment.
