HIE Higher Institute of English
Congratulations to the graduating class of 2025 for gaining the degree in International Communication Studies. A ceremony was organized in their honour on 10 July by the Commandant, Colonel Abderrahmane Ebdemel.
In attendance were distinguished guests chief among whom were the Minsiter for Defence, Retirees, and Children of Martyrs, Hanena Ould Sidi and Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Yacoub Ould Amin. We wish our newly minted graduates the very best of luck in their next endeavours.
