HIE Higher Institute of English
Rakhmatou is an educator whose academic credentials entail a Ph.D. in education (University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign), a Master’s degree in curriculum and instruction (Texas A&M University), and a Maîtrise in English (Université Cheikh Anta Diop). She has taught ESL since 2009, mainly in Saudi Arabia, where she also served as a Quality Assurance Supervisor. Additionally, as an English Language Fellow, Rakhmatou taught ESP at the University of Nouakchott while engaging in teacher training, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education.
