Master&rsquo;s holders in elective subjects are particularly welcomed.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">there is an academic culture here and PhD holders are increasingly important.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">relevant teaching certificate(s)\u00a0 or licences\u00a0 eg.
