HIE Higher Institute of English
The Higher Institute of English, Mauritania, marked a major milestone today with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with its partner institutions: the SIERG–SELART International Education and Research Group, Geneva, Switzerland, and the European University of Armenia, Yerevan, Armenia.
The agreement was formally signed by Colonel Sidi Sid`Ahmed El Veirick, Commandant of the Institute, alongside the heads of the partner institutions: Dr. Prof. Artur Vahani, President of SIERG–SELART International Education and Research (Switzerland), and Dr. Heghine Bisharyan, Rector of the European University of Armenia (Yerevan, Republic of Armenia).
This strategic partnership reflects a shared commitment to academic excellence, international cooperation, and innovative research. It is expected to strengthen academic ties, promote joint research initiatives, facilitate the exchange of expertise, and expand educational and professional opportunities for students and academic staff across the participating institutions.
