HIE Higher Institute of English
As part of the Elective Programme for the 3rd year students on the degree course, HIE has established contact with a number of leading companies, government entities and organizations to set up internships for our students. It is hoped that the one month attachments will give our students valuable work experience and connections in the world of work. The interns have also been given an IPP (Internship Preparation Programme) to give them the skills and attitudes to make a good initial impression to the employers.
The programme is already underway and likely to run through the first and second quarter of 2019 to enable the 3rd years to come back and study for their final exams before they graduate.
